1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between q1111 ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). These Terms apply to the q1111 website, mobile platform and all related services.

3 Account Registration and Verification

• Date of birth

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided must be true, accurate and complete. Providing false information may result in the immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of all deposited funds. q1111 may request a copy of your identity document at any time for verification purposes.

3.3 KYC Verification

Identity verification (KYC) may be required for withdrawals or transactions above a certain amount. This process may require submission of a national identity card, passport or other government-issued documents.

4 Account Security and Password

Ensuring the security of your account is your own responsibility. You are requested to follow the guidelines below:

• Use a strong and unique password and change it regularly.
• Never share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone else.
• Always log out after logging in on a public or shared device.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following terms apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
• Processing time: Generally within 15 minutes to 2 hours
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used at the time of account registration.
• Withdrawals may be on hold until verification is complete.
• q1111 reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold in the case of suspicious transactions.

5.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). For deposits from international cards or accounts, the conversion rate of the relevant bank or service provider will apply.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6.1 Welcome Bonus

q1111 offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

• A betting turnover (wagering requirement) of 10 times the combined total of the bonus and deposit must be completed.
• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• If a withdrawal is made while a bonus is active without completing the bonus turnover requirement, the bonus will be cancelled.

6.2 VIP Program

q1111's VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze tier: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver tier: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold tier: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Advancement to a higher tier depends on the member's continued active participation and regular activity on the platform.

6.3 General Rules for Bonus Terms

• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash until the wagering requirement is met.
• q1111 reserves the right to change, cancel or withdraw any bonus offer.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the relevant account may be closed and the bonus forfeited.
• No more than one account per household or address may take advantage of bonus benefits.

7 Gaming Rules

7.1 General Rules of Play

• Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, the bet will be refunded where applicable.

• If a match or event is cancelled, the relevant bet will be voided and the funds returned.

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
• Attempting to access or hack another member's account
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities (bugs) on the platform for unfair advantage
• Threatening, harassing or using abusive behaviour toward q1111 staff
• Operating an account on behalf of or for the benefit of any minor
• Registering or transacting using another person's identity

q1111 reserves the right to seize any funds associated with prohibited activities and to notify the relevant authorities.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

q1111 makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted and error-free service on the platform. However, q1111 is not liable in the following cases:

• Losses caused by technical issues, server downtime or network failures
• Delayed transactions due to issues with third-party payment gateways
• Issues with the user's own device or internet connection
• Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, war or government restrictions
